There are three available difficulties for Conan Exiles server - Civilized (Easy), Decadent (Normal) and Barbaric (Hard). The easiest way to change your server's difficulty is using the in-game admin menu.
(Note: To access the Admin Menu, you must first be designated as an Admin.

Using Admin Menu
After connecting to your server as an administrator, you can adjust its difficulty preset in the General tab of the Admin Menu.
1. Press Esc, then click Settings.
2. Navigate to Server Settings.
3. Select your desired difficulty.
4. Click OK, then press Yes to confirm the change.
You have now successfully changed the difficulty of your Conan Exiles server.
