This guide will show you how to change the loot amount for your DayZ server.

NOTE: Before editing any of the server configuration files, please make sure you have made a backup copy. We can only provide you with an original/default file if you break yours.
FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO EDIT THE LOOT AMOUNT OF YOUR DAYZ SERVER:
1. Login to the Game Panel (click this link for easy access) then go to your Game Service.
Make sure the server isn't running. If it is, press the Stop button.
2. On the left side panel, click on "File Manager".
3. Navigate to your multiplayer missions folder and choose the mission you will play. *if you've changed the mission your server runs, that mission will replace this part of the path.
Chernarus: mpmissions\dayzOffline.chernarusplus\db\
Livonia: mpmissions\dayzOffline.enoch\db
For this example, we will navigate to mpmissions/dayzOffline.chernarusplus/db/. Right click on the types.xml file and click on Edit.
4. This text box will pop out where you can edit the values and loot amount that you prefer.
Where it says "Nominal" under the item, change it to any amount you want.
5. Press the Save & Exit button once you're satisfied with the changes you've made.
6. Go back to your Game Panel and run your server again by pressing on the Start button.
7. Connect to your server with your newly configured loot amounts. Happy gaming!
