Yes. The mod manager lets you install supported mods and plugins with one click, and games with Steam Workshop support can pull in any Workshop item or collection. You can also upload anything manually through the file manager or FTP.

Absolutely. You can switch your server to any other supported game from the panel, and upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the client area. Changes take effect immediately.
