Careers
We're Hiring!
We're always looking for motivated, talented people who are passionate about games, servers and great customer support.
Work at Citadel Servers
Founded in 2012, Citadel Servers is a leading game server, VPS, dedicated server and web hosting provider, serving gamers, communities, clans and developers across the globe. With support for over 300 games, from Minecraft and ARK to FiveM and Palworld, we run the infrastructure that thousands of players rely on every day.
We're a remote-first team that cares about performance, reliability and support that actually solves problems. We hire people who are curious, take ownership and enjoy the games our customers play. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
Why Join Us
Real perks for real people, whether you're answering tickets, tuning kernels or writing content.
Flexible Hours
Work when you're most productive, from wherever you are. We measure results, not hours at a desk.
Growth Opportunities
Small team, big responsibility. Take on new challenges and grow your career alongside experienced engineers.
Free Services
Enjoy our game server, VPS and web hosting services at no cost for you and your own community.
Gamer Culture
Work with people who love the games our customers play. Team game nights are part of the job.
What We Value
The things that guide how we work and who we hire.
Customers First
A server that's down is someone's community offline. We treat every ticket with urgency and respect.
Ownership
We trust people to make decisions, ship improvements and fix what they find without waiting for permission.
Always Learning
New games, new engines, new hardware. We stay curious and share what we learn with the rest of the team.
Our Culture
Professional in how we work, friendly in how we work together.
Corporate standards, without the corporate stiffness
Since 2012 we've built our reputation on doing things properly: clear communication, documented processes, reliable infrastructure and a support experience customers can count on. We hold ourselves to a professional standard in everything from how we write a ticket reply to how we plan a data centre migration.
At the same time, we're a team of gamers and technologists who enjoy each other's company. There's no rigid hierarchy or office politics — just people who take the work seriously, help each other out, and aren't afraid to have a laugh along the way.
Professionalism
We're accountable to our customers and to each other. Deadlines are met, problems are owned, and quality is never an afterthought.
Friendly & Supportive
Open, respectful and approachable. Questions are welcome, feedback is constructive, and every team member's voice matters.
Grow With Us
We've grown every year since 2012 and we promote from within. As Citadel Servers expands, so do the opportunities for the people who help build it.
Expand Your Knowledge
With 300+ games, a global network and constantly evolving hardware, there's always something new to learn. We support training, certifications and hands-on experimentation.
