Terraria Quick Start Guide

This guide will get you playing as soon as possible.

Setting your server's name and password

1. Make sure the server is stopped.
2. Click on the Configuration Files icon and select the configuration editor for the serverconfig.txt file.
3. Change your Server Name and add a Server Password if you need one. If you do not wish to have a password, leave the field blank.
4. Start your server.

 

Joining Instructions

1. Open the Terraria.
2. On main screen select Multiplayer.
3. Select Join via IP.
4. After you select your player, input your servers IP Address.
5. Then input your server's Game Info Port.
