Server shows as wrong Region and Location in Conan Exiles

By default Conan Exiles servers appear int he North America region, to change to the region you desire please follow the steps below e.g. Europe, Asia etc.
On your Game Panel.
1. Click "Configuration Files"
2. Find "ServerSettings.ini" and click "[ Graphical Editor ]"
For steps 3 to 4, refer to the image below
3. Set to appropriate value.
4. Click "Save"
