Console Error: [Server thread/INFO]: You need to agree to the EULA in order to run the server. Go to eula.txt for more info.

Cause: When starting a server running Minecraft 1.7.10 or later you will see this error in the console when you first start your server. The latest Minecraft server now requires users to agree to the Minecraft EULA, this is easy to do and can be done by editing a single file in your server files.

Solution:

Login to the Game Control Panel and view your server.

Click on the "File Manager" to view and edit your server files.

Edit the "eula.txt" file, this can be done via the file manager by clicking the edit button next to the file.

Read the contents of the file and ensure that you also read the Minecraft EULA which can be found at https://account.mojang.com/documents/minecraft_eula
If you agree to the EULA, change to eula=false to eula=true

Save the file and you should be able to start your Minecraft server successfully.
