1) Log-in to your game panel.
2) Click Mod Manager.
3) Click the drop down arrow for ESX Framework Packages.
4) Click [Install] for [ESX] Fully Loaded 2.1 [ES5.3]
5) Wait for the dialog box to appear indicating that the installation is a success.
