This article will try to explain the difference between the two Wurm Unlimited gamemodes; Adventure and Creative.

The difference between Adventure and Creative
The main difference between Adventure and Creative is that Adventure is essentially a PVP simulator. Its defaults are are slower timers and more hostile mobs and NPC AI. In Adventure there are towns and roads from the beginning.

Creative, on the other hand, is a blank world. Your start with your starter tools, such as a shovel, pickaxe, carving knife etc. You can dump these and use crude tools if you want to rough it. The only NPC's in Creative are the ones you hire to guard or sell things. The defaults for it are faster with less hostile mobs. In Creative there aren't any towns and roads from the beginning.
