What is RCon?
Remote Console or "RCon" is a protocol that allows server administrators to remotely execute commands on a game server. This can be in the form of a application or a web based solution. Some games share the same protocol so a RCon tool can be used to connect to several games instead of just one.
A few examples would be McRCon which can be used for Minecraft, Icecon for FiveM
