This articles discusses the use of Unturned Rcon.
If necessary change the rcon password in the Rocket.config.xml file by editing the file from the control panel > configuration files. The RCON port number is also specified in this file.
After you have set this, click Save and restart your server.
You can access rcon via a telnet\ssh program like putty.
